What does freedom mean to you? According to Buddhism, freedom is our true nature and nobody can give us something that’s already ours. But, if we’re already free, why do we suffer?
Author Bruce Tift unites Western psychotherapy and the values of bodhicitta (he is influenced by the school of Tibetan Buddhism) as he feels this approach can help us to live more fulfilling lives and give us the tools to navigate through difficult situations and find our way back to peace.
